Return/Exchange Policy

-Order Fulfillment & Shipping: All pieces are created in the order in which they are received. Please note that Ebonee' creates each individual piece made to order. Please allow at least 5-10 business days to process, create, and ship. If you are needing your order sooner, please contact Eb PRIOR to ordering.

-ALL SALES ARE FINAL-NO REFUNDS on any custom items. Exchanges are considered in the event that your sizing does not fit, if you are dissatisfied with the design, or the product was damaged upon receiving.

-If your jewelry does not fit you have 10 days from the day you received your order to return your order for resizing. Eb also offers resizing on all elastic pieces that you may have outgrown. Please fill out the contact form for information on resizing.
