How to Tie-On Your Waist Beads

 One of the most popular reasons for wearing waist beads is to assist with weight management by tracking your weight gain or loss. They also assist with mindful eating by tightening when you may be bloated or have eaten a lot. They also assist with menestrual tracking, posture control, waist training, and body adorning. Waist beads are all about being intentional and being in tune with our inner feminine energy. Waist beads were culturally designed as way for women to reclaim their power and cleanse the energy of themselves and heal any trauma that may have been inflicted on to the womb. They serve as a representation of the woman wearing them.

To measure, simply place your measuring tape where you would like your beads to fall (waist, stomach, hips etc.) and measure end to end. To determine your waist size, you can visit the size chart on the "about" page and find your jeans or pants size on the chart.
