 One of the most popular reasons for wearing waist beads is to assist with weight management by tracking your weight gain or loss. They assist with mindful eating by tightening when you may be bloated or have eaten a lot or reached your capacity. They also assist with menstrual tracking, posture control, waist training, and body adorning. Waist beads are all about being intentional and being in tune with our inner feminine energy. Waist beads are culturally designed as way for women to reclaim their power and cleanse the energy of themselves and heal any trauma that may have been inflicted on to the womb. They serve as a representation of the woman wearing them. 

Eb Beaded Me creates pieces for those who are intentionally wanting to wear them. I do not discriminate against who I create for because the goal is to inspire self-confidence, body positivity, healing our relationship with ourselves, our wombs, and bring knowledge of our inner divine power. Included but not limited to people of all backgrounds.  I always encourage every individua to do their research BEFORE purchasing to obtain full education and true understanding of the cultural connection, importance, and significance behind why we wear waist beads.

To measure, simply place your measuring tape where you would like your beads to fall (high or low waist, stomach, hips etc.) and measure end to end. To determine your waist size, you can visit the size chart on the "about" page and find your jeans or pants size on the chart.

I strive to use high quality products with all of my pieces, but they should still be handled with care as they are hand beaded. In the event that your piece breaks please reach out in our contact section and your item will be assessed. In many cases, when your  jewelry pops it serves as an indication that your piece has served it’s purpose for you or it has taken on or put out enough energy and needs to be released. However, things do happen especially when hand crafted  adornments and I will handle each individual case as such.
